Using these products, AHU always remains clean & fins remain intact resulting in substantial service life & up time.

CLEANING OF AHU FINS AIR SIDE: MAGIC BLUE SPG

• Magic blue SPG is a carefully formulated, non-caustic, AHU fins cleaning concentrate.
• No harsh chemicals—acids or Caustic is used in Magic Blue SPG.
• It is designed to clean Dirt-dust-oily deposit-soil-rust panicles etc. from the fins and clear the air passage.

FINS PROTECTING COMPOUND: FINSHIELD

• Finshield is organic, polymeric fins protecting, water-based compound.
• It is to be mixed with water & sprayed on to the fins.
• It forms a complete, continuous, monolithic film over the fin's surface, protecting it against atmospheric corrosion, gaseous corrosion.

SIDE U BEND TUBE SHEET PROTECTION: Co-Ban-Co 1006

• Corrosion of side U-bend tube sheet of AHUs/Air cooled condensers is a regular phenomenon in the industry which leads to leakages of refrigerant and ultimately a premature change of the entire condenser.
• We solve this problem using our protective coating, Co-Ban-Co 1006, to protect the U-bend tube sheet from corrosion and save money.
